Bookings can be marked complete automatically after check-out, and you can generate a guest confirmation to share.
Expense & investment management
Log every property expense and capital investment against the property it belongs to — repairs, utilities, supplies, furnishing, and more. Because income and expenses live together per property, FinoHomes always knows what each property costs and what it earns, so your net position is never a mystery.
Reimbursement requests & approvals
Staff raise reimbursement requests with the amount and a receipt photo; owners review and approve them. Every request keeps a clear audit trail of who raised it, who approved it, and when — so money spent on your behalf is always accounted for, without chasing screenshots.
Work orders, cleaning & property diaries
Assign cleaning and maintenance work to staff with a property and a deadline. Staff start and finish tasks from their phone, and a dated property diary keeps a running record of everything that happens on each property. Cleaning tasks can draw down linked inventory automatically as supplies are used.
